Combining lightweight with high strength provides Superblock with several advantages over alternative wall building materials including improved thermal insulation, noise dampening and even resistance to fire and flame.

Superblock is created from a locally sourced mixture of cement, lime and sand mixed together a slurry before aluminum powder is added. The aluminum powder reacts with the lime to form millions of tiny hydrogen bubbles which expand the mixture and then diffuse from the material to be replaced by air. This process forms the micro – cellular structure, which gives the material its lightweight and excellent insulation properties.

The block is originally formed up in large moulds and then wire cut to individual block size. Once the blocks are cut they are then cured in high pressure steam autoclaves for 12 hours to bring them to full strength.

Superblocks have a high strength to weight ratio, are dimensional accurate easily worked with hand and power tools, offer excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation, low density, low shrinkage, environment friendly and excellent fire resistant – qualities, no other walling material can match.

The use of Superblock actively reduces cost of construction by minimizing utilization of labor, construction material and total construction time. In all, it reduces the total overhead cost for all the concerned parties: the Developers, Engineers, Contractors and the work load of labors.

Superblock product dimensions are as the followings;

Blocks

Standard sizes are 30×60 and 20×60 cm. The thickness is range from 7.5 – 30 cm . (the thickness can be increased every 0.5 mm. )

Reinforced lintels

Standard heights are 20 and 30 cm. and the longest length that can be manufactured is 3.6 m. ( 5.00 m. for the 2 nd plant ). The thickness is range from 10 – 30 cm . (the thickness can be increased every 0.5 mm.)

Panels

Standard size is 60 cm in width and the longest length that can be manufactured is 3.6 m ( 5.00 m. for the 2 nd plant ). The thickness is range from 10 – 30 cm . (the thickness can be increased every 0.5 mm.)

Reinforced floor panels

Standard size is 60 cm in width and the longest length that can be manufactured is 3.6 m ( 5.00 m. for the 2 nd plant ). The thickness is range from 12.5 – 30 cm (the thickness can be increased every 0.5 mm.)

Reinforced roof panels

Standard size is 60 cm in width and the longest length that can be manufactured is 3.6 m ( 5.00 m. for the 2 nd plant ). The thickness is range from 12.5 – 30 cm (the thickness can be increased every 0.5 mm.)
